Re-trigger or cancel invites to your team members on the Kodo Dashboard
This guide provides steps to re-trigger or cancel invites to team members on the Kodo Dashboard.
Step 1: Log in to your Kodo Admin Dashboard using the provided credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Team section on the left navigation bar.
Step 3: Access the Pending Requests option.
Step 4: Click on the name of the user to whom the invite needs to be re-triggered or canceled.
Step 5: On the right-hand side, options to either Re-send Invite Link or Cancel Invite are visible. Select the desired action.
Note: The invite link remains valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed, the Invite Link Status will show 'Expired.' In such a case, proceed to resend the invite link.
Step 6: To resend the invite link, click on Re-send Invite Link.
